Patog uses the finest ingredients to produce its dishes ,and everything is made fresh daily .All our protein is HMC certified Halal and Grade A and we marinate all our meat for at least three days prior to grilling. We vacuum pack all our meat during marination process and our stews to assist with the flavor enhancing and marination as well as to maintain freshness of the food we serve. All allergens are listed against each menu item yet PLEASE do raise any allergen inquires prior to ordering to ensure compliance

KEBAB BOWL (KEBAB DIGI)


2 skewers in each portion. Each skewers is 90 g protein pre-cooked.Chenjeh kebab is a lamb fillet kebab cubed and marinated in our special marinade of onions and saffron and then grilled. Joojeh Kebab is chicken Breast chunks marinated in saffron , onion water and our special blend of herbs and spices.Masti kebab is lamb cubes marinated with yoghurt garlic and black pepper corns. Bandari kebabs are marinated with our special blend of herbs and spices and this selection is our spicy kebab range.Koobideh kebab is made with mince lamb and marinated with onions and saffron. Vegan koobideh is our own special vegan mince plant based and marinated with onions and saffron .ALL KASE KEBABS ARE GLUTEN FREE PLEASE CHECK WITH STAFF IF YOU HAVE ANY SPECIFIC ALLERGIES- ALL OUR BUTTER SAUCES ARE VEGAN/VEG
